Q: How do I use my OneCard account?
A: All enrolled students have an account. If you have not received an ID, go to the Campus Safety Office in the Dion Center to have your picture taken and a card produced. To login to the Onecard software use your Rivier RivNet username and password.

Q: How do I check the balance of my Raider Bucks accounts?
A: Login with your RivNet username and password. By default your balances will display on the screen.

Q: How do I add money to my Raider Bucks account?
A: Login to the onecard.rivier.edu site and click "Make a Deposit" or if you may use the system to send an email to a family member or friend. The family member or friend can add money directly to the card if they have your student ID number (A0000xxxxx).

Q: What should I do if my ID Card is lost or stolen?
A: Contact the Campus Safety Office immediately at 897-8888! Once reported, your card is invalid and cannot be used. Card holders are responsible for all transactions which occur before the card is reported missing.

Q: What is the cost of a replacement card?
A: If you bring in your damaged or worn out TowerOnecard, the replacement fee is waived. Otherwise it is $25 payable by cash or check.
